What happens when I send a wine purchase, club or tasting request?

Think of Winery Passport as your mobile wine concierge. When you send your request, we'll work to get your info to the intended winery. They'll have the option to accept the lead and get in touch to fulfill your request. If they don't accept or are unresponsive, we'll work with one of our partners to make your request happen in some way.
